Kinetic Rain @ Changi Airport Terminal 1



Kinetic Rain located in Terminal 1 at Changi International Airport in Singapore, which is purported to be the world’s largest kinetic artwork. The installation was designed and constructed by a German group which features 1,216 bronze droplets which are mounted from the ceiling and move in tandem with each other to form patterns and shapes.

Every raindrops connected with the motor that moves automatically in accordance with the strains of piano instrumentals that have been programmed by computer.

And when I spent only 1 day in singapore on May 22, 2013 for work, I took a few seconds to take the video,
